Organization - Structure

For a more incisive and professionally qualified result, the Foundation is managed and organized into Departments, with its own internal Regulations, respectful and in compliance with the provisions of Art. 10 of the Legislative Decree No. 460 of 12-4-1997 which provides for "the pursuit of social and social-health solidarity purposes (art. 10 paragraph 1), charity (art.10 paragraph 3) and for the purpose of reintegration of the disadvantaged subjects described above (Article 10, paragraphs 4 and 5).

To achieve its goals, the San Michele Arcangelo onlus may also, in conjunction with events, seminars, courses, conferences, celebrations, anniversaries or awareness campaigns, promote public fundraising including offers, lotteries and other initiatives envisaged by current regulations; organize or participate in the promotion of scholarships and awards related to the purposes and activities of the Foundation. It makes use of the professional services of supporters and workers who offer their work, mainly voluntary and free, for solidarity purposes, while providing for a rate of personnel if necessary to achieve the Company's purpose, paid as per law.
